By accessing and using Cyberscope's smart contract security analysis platform (the “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Cyberscope provides smart contract security analysis tools and services, including but not limited to:

• Smart contract vulnerability detection and analysis
• Code quality assessment and security scoring
• Automated security auditing tools
• Security reports and recommendations
• Project management and tracking capabilities

User Accounts and Registration

To access our Service, you must create an account using one of our supported authentication methods (Google or GitHub). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information provided during registration

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Our analysis should not be considered a substitute for professional security audits
• You are solely responsible for the security of your smart contracts
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from vulnerabilities not detected by our Service
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months

Termination

Severability
