Exelar is a unique token because it is pegged to a smart contract with rising value. The smart contract will have an initial entry for valuation and 1% of all transactions will automatically enter the smart contract improving its pegged valuation. 1% of all transactions are burned at the same time so the value is constantly going up, while the supply is constantly going down.
