VLUSD is an institutional-grade, fiat-backed stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US Dollar, deployed on Polygon Mainnet. It is designed for trade finance, institutional payments, and financial inclusion in Latin America and global markets. The contract implements a 7-layer architecture including built-in KYC tiers, an auditable blacklist system, granular role separation (6 roles governed by Safe multisig), a configurable supply cap, EIP-2612 Permit support, and a UUPS upgradeable proxy. Built on OpenZeppelin v5.0.0 / Solidity 0.8.20.
